Garwolinski Bartosz

Garwolinski Bartosz has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Garwolinski began their career in 2007 as a Bar Manager at Pietras & Okrent Sp. j., where they managed staff, schedules, and supplies. During their tenure, they developed skills in team management and workflow efficiency.

In 2012, Bartosz joined OSTC Ltd. as a Futures Trader, where they made financial decisions based on market analysis and traded multiple instruments on main exchanges. This role allowed him to acquire knowledge in technical and fundamental analysis.

In 2013, Bartosz worked as a Financial Advisor at Gold Finance Sp z. o o, where they interacted with retail clients and provided assistance and services. Through this experience, they developed skills in client relationship management and soft selling.

From 2014 to 2018, Bartosz worked at Lionbridge Poland, initially starting as a Junior Project Coordinator and later advancing to Project Coordinator and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included managing localization projects, creating schedules, managing teams, and maintaining client relationships.

In 2018, Bartosz joined GogoApps as a Project Manager (Scrum Product Owner), where they were responsible for project planning, initiation, and closure. Garwolinski later took on the role of Delivery Manager, overseeing project execution and ensuring successful delivery. Ultimately, they became the Chief Operating Officer, a position they also hold at their current company, Flod, which they joined in 2022.

Throughout their career, Bartosz has honed their skills in project management, team leadership, client service, and financial analysis.

Garwolinski Bartosz obtained a Master's Degree in European Studies from the University of Warsaw, where they studied from 2004 to 2010. In addition to their academic education, they have also obtained several certifications. These include Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) from Scrum.org in April 2020, Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in September 2019, and Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) from Scrum.org in September 2018.
