Joyce began a career in audit as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG from September 2008 to April 2012, focusing on financial statement audits and internal controls for SEC-listed clients. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Malaya, earned from 2004 to 2008.
