Joe Liao

Joe Liao has a strong background in Quality Assurance and Automation Testing. Joe started their career at RETChat as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they developed and maintained manual test cases, increasing test case coverage from 60% to 90%. Joe then moved to 8 Interactive as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where they reproduced bugs and created bug environments to improve product quality and stability. At Snapask, Joe worked as a QA Automation Engineer, initiating and implementing API automation testing using Pytest, which resulted in improved testing accuracy and efficiency. Currently, they are working at Gogolook as a Senior Automation Test Development Engineer.

Joe Liao attended National Taiwan Normal University from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in 資訊工程學系 (Information Engineering). In April 2022, they also completed the Google IT Automation with Python Specialization certification program offered by Coursera.
