Daphne Lin has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications. Daphne began their career at Pan German Motors Ltd., BMW Importer, where they worked as a Communications Supervisor and later as an Event Specialist. During their time there, they were responsible for major product launch communication, brand campaigns communication, and paid media strategy. Daphne also planned and executed launch events and exclusive brand events to enhance brand loyalty and generate leads.

Afterwards, Daphne joined Samsung Electronics as a Marcom Assistant Manager, where they focused on IMC strategy and execution for flagship mobile phones. Daphne successfully implemented the "Why Galaxy" campaign and received recognition as the Quarterly Best Employee.

Currently, Daphne is working at Gogoro as a Product Marketing Lead and previously as a Program Manager, Brand Marketing. In their role, they develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for the Taiwanese market. Daphne collaborates with their team to create go-to-market marketing strategies and messaging, ensuring consistency and effectiveness. Daphne has achieved notable success in product launches and received several merits and awards for their work, such as being the champion of the Asia Big Idea Chair and winning the Asia Best Branded Content Campaign.

Daphne Lin attended National Taiwan University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Applied Foreign Languages. Daphne then attended National Chengchi University from 2008 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Mass Communication.
