Fraser Sim

Fraser Sim has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Fraser began their career as an HR Admin & Coordinator at Butterfly Park & Insect Kingdom, where they handled various HR functions such as coordinating interviews, onboarding new hires, and assisting in business expansion. Fraser then joined AMOREPACIFIC SINGAPORE - Innisfree as a Retail Coordinator, where they were responsible for HR functions such as recruitment, payroll, and administration. After that, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Healthway Medical Group, where they managed HR support for 6 divisions and worked with 4 business partners. Their responsibilities included recruitment and general HR support. In 2022, Fraser joined 6IXTY8IGHT as a Senior Executive Human Resources, where they managed HR functions including payroll, recruitment, and retail operations. Fraser also prepared monthly payroll and ensured proper maintenance of staff personal filing and corporate documents. Currently, Fraser is working at GoGoX as a People Associate.

Fraser Sim completed their Bachelor's degree in Business with Psychology at Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) from 2018 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Human Resource Management with Psychology from Singapore Polytechnic, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Fraser has obtained several certifications including Introduction to Fair Hiring by TAFEP from NTUC LearningHub in March 2023, Certificate of Training (E-Payroll Software) from INFO-TECH SYSTEMS INTEGRATORS in October 2022, and Basic Level 3 Korean Language from HANOK Korean Language in January 2022.
