Sai Sharan began their work experience in 2016 as a Freelance HR Consultant. sai then joined ZipGo in 2017 as an Assistant Market Manager B2C, where they carried out BTL activities, conducted competitor analysis, and handled customer inquiries. In 2019, Sai worked as a Sales Marketing Lead at Quick Ride and as an Onboarding & Operations Sr Executive at Prydo. Later that year, they became a Sales Team Lead - Mobility at Ford Motor Company, where they led a sales team. Currently, Sai is working as a Lead Generation Manager at GOGOX.

Sai Sharan completed their Engineer's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, from 2011 to 2015. In addition, they obtained several certifications including AMCAT Certified Channel Sales Professional, AMCAT Certified Collections Specialist, AMCAT Certified Corporate Sales Manager, AMCAT Certified Customer Service Specialist, AMCAT Certified Data Processing Specialist, and AMCAT Certified Telesales Professional from Aspiring Minds in September 2014. sai also received a certification in Oracle from Deccansoft Software Services, although the month and year of attainment are not provided.
