Elise Morris

Elise Morris has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Elise is currently working as a Lead QA Engineer at GoGuardian, where they coordinate manual and automated testing efforts for multiple projects. Elise develops comprehensive test plans and leads weekly QA team calls.

Prior to this, Elise worked at Skyward, A Verizon company as a Senior QA Engineer and QA Team Lead. In this role, they evaluated app compliance with FAA regulations and built a backend testing strategy. Elise also measured UX quality and usability and provided feedback to designers and frontend developers.

Elise also has experience at Focus School Software, where they held the roles of QA Team Lead - ERP Solutions and Software QA Tester. As a QA Team Lead, they collaborated with account executives and developers to define acceptance criteria and mentored junior team members. As a Software QA Tester, Elise executed various tests, wrote test cases, and tested third party integrations and API functionality.

Earlier in their career, Elise worked as a Finance and IT Teacher at Pinellas County Schools. Elise designed and implemented course curricula for Career and Technical Education courses and built learning pathways using various tools.

Lastly, Elise started their career at Gap Inc./Old Navy as a Customer Experience Associate and Cash Handler. Elise provided customer service, managed cash handling activities, and authorized transactions.

Elise Morris attended St. Petersburg College from 2005 to 2010, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education. In July 2015, they obtained the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification through Certiport/Microsoft.
