Technical Support Specialist Tier II at GoGuardian

Paul Gomes has a diverse work experience that includes roles in technical support, sales, and clerical assistance. Paul started their career in 2014 as a Clerical Assistant at C&S Nursery, where they provided assistance to customers and led content marketing strategies. Paul also initiated customer support training programs and revamped outbound communication strategies. In 2018, Paul worked as an Operational Specialist and Sales Specialist at Bird and Apple, respectively. At Bird, they were responsible for global operations, while at Apple, they worked as a sales specialist. In 2019, Paul joined Maple Media as a Community Support & QA Associate before moving to GoGuardian the same year. At GoGuardian, they began as a Technical Support Specialist and later became a Technical Support Specialist Tier II. Paul'sresponsibilities included documenting and reporting product bugs, writing SQL queries, training and coaching support agents, maintaining the Help Center, and achieving high customer satisfaction ratings.

Paul Gomes completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Health from California State University, Northridge between 2011 and 2016. In 2017, they enrolled at freeCodeCamp and pursued a degree in Front End, although the field of study is unspecified.
