Susana Gomes

Susana Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Susana began their career as a Childcare Provider at AuPairCare Live-In Childcare from July 2013 to July 2015. Susana then worked as a Director of Operations at PH Company from July 2018 to August 2020, where they managed various departments and utilized Shopify for website management. After that, Susana took on the role of a Wholesale Account Manager at LAWN FAWN, LLC from March 2021 to August 2021, where they oversaw 300+ wholesale accounts, managed orders, and ensured shipping accuracy. Currently, they are an Account Manager at GoGuardian since January 2022. In this role, they are responsible for managing and renewing over 450 accounts, identifying expansion opportunities, and nurturing relationships with customers.

Susana Gomes earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the College of Marin from 2016 to 2018. Susana then pursued further education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Northridge between 2018 and 2020. In addition to their formal education, Susana also obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed a certification course in E-Commerce Marketing Strategy for Beginners from Udemy. Susana further expanded their skills by obtaining certifications in Budgeting and Scheduling Projects and Initiating and Planning Project from Coursera in January 2021.
