Andy Biga began their work experience in 2002 as a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of South Florida. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at TECO Energy, where they were responsible for Employee Assessment and Development. In 2007, they joined Verizon Wireless, where they focused on Talent Acquisition and Assessment. Andy also worked at Procter & Gamble during this time, serving as a Manager in People Analytics and subsequently as a Senior Manager in Leadership Development. In 2012, they joined JetBlue Airways as the Director of Talent Management and Analytics before transitioning to the role of Director of Talent Acquisition and Assessment in 2014. In 2013, they took on a role as an Adjunct Professor at New York University. Andy Biga then joined GoHealth Urgent Care in 2017 as the SVP of People and later became the Chief People Officer in October 2020.
Andy Biga has pursued education in various institutions. Andy has completed an executive education program in Design Thinking at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Andy has also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
