Doru Bali, MD, MBA, HMDC has extensive work experience in medical leadership roles. Starting in 2005, they served as Vice Chief and Attending ER Physician at Huron Valley-Sinai Emergency Department, where they played a crucial role in securing Level III trauma certification and improving quality and safety operations. In 2017, they became the Medical Director and Attending Emergency Physician at Beaumont Health & Alteon Health, elevating healthcare operations and achieving significant accomplishments such as upgrading CMS designation and increasing quality and patient satisfaction metrics. Since 2020, they have held multiple Medical Director positions at organizations such as Easterseals MORC and Visiting Nurse Association and Blue Water Hospice. In 2022, they joined Henry Ford Health and GoHealth Urgent Care as the Medical Director and Regional Medical Director for Michigan Market, respectively. Dr. Bali's work experience reflects their expertise in healthcare management and their success in improving outcomes and patient experience.

Doru Bali, MD, MBA, HMDC completed their Physician Executive MBA at the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. Doru also obtained a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Additionally, Doru Bali holds several certifications including American Board of Emergency Medicine Diplomate, Hospice Medical Director Certified, Qualified Developmental Disability Professionals (QDDP), and State of Michigan and Ohio Medical Licenses.
