Jerra Cook

Jerra Cook is an experienced healthcare operations professional currently serving as a Regional Operations Manager at GoHealth Urgent Care since June 2023. Previously, Jerra held the position of Center Manager II at HCA Capital Division, where responsibilities included managing clinical operations and client relations in the Charlotte Metro market. A retired Staff Sergeant and Master Driver Trainer from the US Army Reserves, Jerra also served as Site Manager at BetterMed Urgent Care, overseeing multiple urgent care clinics, and as Medical Practice Manager at AAIR of Charlotte, managing three clinics.
