Kevin Reiter has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Kevin began their career in 2000 as a Physician Assistant in Bayshore Family Medical Care, where they worked until 2003. Kevin then joined Good Samaritan Hospital as a Physician Assistant in the ER Fast Track department from 2002 to 2004. In 2002, they also started working at Franklin Immediate Medical Care as a Physician Assistant, a role they held until 2016.
From 2016 onwards, Kevin joined various healthcare organizations within the Northwell Health system. Kevin worked as a Physician at Northwell Health, Bethpage Urgent Care from July to December 2016. Additionally, they served as Per Diem Faculty at Northwell Health Glen Cove Hospital, Family Medicine Residency Program from 2016 onwards. Kevin also worked as a Per Diem Hospitalist Physician at Northwell Health Huntington Hospital starting in July 2016.
In 2015, Kevin began their employment at Northwell Health and GoHealth Urgent Care as a Staff Physician. In 2018, they were promoted to an Associate Medical Director role at both companies. Most recently, they became the Deputy Medical Director at Northwell Health in 2022.
Kevin Reiter completed their education as follows:
- From 2015 to 2016, they attended the Northwell Health - Family Medicine Residency Program, where they received the degree of Chief Resident in Family Medicine.
- Between 2013 and 2016, they attended the Northwell Health- Glen Cove Hospital for the Family Medicine Residency Program.
- From 2009 to 2013, they earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from the Saba University School of Medicine.
- Lastly, from 1995 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from St. John's University.
