Rudy Yadao, Jr. has extensive experience in development and construction, retail merchandising, and store development. Rudy started their career as a General Manager at Cost Plus World Market in 1985, where they managed daily business activities and supervised a large team. Rudy then progressed to roles such as Senior Store Development Project Manager, where they facilitated the company's growth from 34 to 110 stores, and Senior Director of Store Development, where they oversaw the selection and design of products. Rudy later joined Grocery Outlet as the Sr. Manager/ Director of Retail Merchandising and Development, where they grew the company by 30% through rapid new store growth. Most recently, Rudy served as the Director of Development and Construction at GoHealth Urgent Care, leading a design and development team to create award-winning centers.

Rudy Yadao, Jr. completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Architecture at Sacramento City College in 1981. From 1982 to 1984, they attended the Columbia School of Broadcasting where they earned an Associate's degree in Broadcast Engineering and Communications. Rudy then returned to Sacramento City College and completed an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Architecture and Liberal Arts in 1985.
