Brian Miller

Brian Miller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Learning and Development at GoHealth since March 2018. Brian has successfully onboarded multiple major insurance carriers into GoHealth's Medicare product portfolio and is actively leading recruitment efforts for the onboarding team. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Effectiveness and Training and Performance Manager at GoHealth, where responsibilities encompassed designing training programs that significantly enhanced new hire performance and scaled the training team. Prior to GoHealth, Brian held significant positions at Aon Hewitt, Aspen Contracting, APAC Customer Services, Connextions, and Bankers Life and Casualty, demonstrating a strong track record in achieving sales goals, training, and operational management. Brian is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management at Central Piedmont Community College.
