Eric Flowers

Eric Flowers, PHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on talent engagement and strategic business partnership. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Talent Engagement at GoHealth since June 2020, Eric has held multiple roles in the organization, including Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to joining GoHealth, Eric was an HR Business Partner at Groupon from April 2019 to May 2020. Eric's career began at Target, where responsibilities included Store Director, Human Resources Manager, and Guest Experience Manager from May 2011 to April 2019. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
