Ľubomír Janček

Ľubomír Janček's work experience includes serving as a Lead Software Engineer at GoHealth, where they led a team of approximately 15 people and oversaw the development of various technology products for the Marketing department. Ľubomír worked directly with product managers and business stakeholders to provide technical input and translate requirements into acceptance criteria. Ľubomír was responsible for the architecture, technical design, and sometimes UX of the projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at GoHealth, where they were part of a team of around 5 developers and also took on the role of setting and maintaining standards and code conventions. Ľubomír occasionally led smaller projects and micro-teams. Before joining GoHealth, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Creatix, Inc. from 2015 to 2019 and as a Software Engineer at Stradiware, s.r.o. from 2012 to 2015. Ľubomír also had experience as an Athlete in the Slovakia canoe slalom team from 2004 to 2012.

Ľubomír Janček obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Operation Research from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Business Informatics from the same university, studying from 2005 to 2010. Ľubomír completed their secondary education at Gymnázium P.O. Hviezdoslava from 1997 to 2005, where they obtained their maturia.
