Michael Hargis joined GoHealth in 2022. As Chief Customer Engagement Officer, Hargis leads our efforts to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across enterprise and Medicare sales, telecare, member retention, product, compliance, and business operations.

Before GoHealth, Hargis served as Chief Experience Officer at The Key, the nation’s leading senior memory and specialized care provider. Additionally, he was the Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Services at NortonLifeLock (NYSE: NLOK), with over 50MM worldwide members and revenue of over $2.5B. Hargis joined NortonLifelock after serving as Senior Vice President of Sales and Support at LifeLock (NYSE: LOCK.)

Hargis has a track record of leading teams that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of complex global sales, operations, and customer success organizations. Hargis started his career at GE Capital Financial Services and CareerBuilder and earned his MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and BBA from Thomas More University.
