Simon Wenmouth

Simon Wenmouth has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Simon began their career as a Software Engineer at BAE Systems, where they developed application tooling and user-interface data-visualization software. Simon then joined AWD Moneyextra as a Software Engineer, contributing to the design and development of software solutions in the online personal finance space.

Simon later joined FirstLook Systems, where they held the roles of Senior Software Engineer and Enterprise Software Architect. In these positions, they played a key role in the design and development of the company's automotive Inventory Management System (IMS) and provided analysis and resolution to performance problems. Simon also helped establish a software engineering office in Austin, TX.

After FirstLook Systems, Simon joined Incisent Labs as a Principal Software Architect. Here, they were responsible for the technical aspects of the organization's software projects, utilizing Cloud Computing (AWS) to scale projects efficiently. Simon also attended the AWS re:invent conference in 2013 and 2014 to further enhance their knowledge.

Currently, Simon is working at GoHealth as the VP of Software Engineering. In this role, they lead a team of software engineers and oversees the software engineering operations.

Simon Wenmouth obtained their BSc in Computer Science from the University of York, where they attended from 1998 to 2002.
