Vanessa Patel

Vanessa Patel is a highly accomplished professional with extensive experience in member services and operational leadership within the health insurance sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Member Services – TeleCare at GoHealth since 2013, Vanessa led the development and successful launch of the Member Services-TeleCare Division in 2016, achieving multiple promotions due to demonstrated strategic and financial stewardship. Prior roles at GoHealth included Director, Senior Program Manager, and Program Manager, where Vanessa played a key role in scaling the Member Services team from 35 to over 600 agents, developing efficient processes, and enhancing member satisfaction. Vanessa's career began at CAIR-Chicago as a Legal Intern, following a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Science in Criminal Law from the University of Illinois Chicago.
