Wayne Young

Wayne Young has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as SVP Product, Design & Data Science at GoHealth, where they focused on transforming the digital product in the Medicare Advantage health insurance market. Wayne also worked at Stats Perform as Vice President of Product Management, delivering AI-powered sports data solutions to top international digital and media companies. In their role as Vice President of Product Management at Conversant, LLC, they led the delivery of digital media and data solutions. Wayne also established the product management practice at SpotHero, a startup offering on-demand parking solutions. Prior to that, they managed product development and operations at Leapfrog Online, specializing in e-commerce and customer acquisition programs. Wayne also held a director position at Match.com, overseeing product strategy and development. Wayne began their career at Verizon, where they defined and implemented website enhancements and customer support tools. Before entering the corporate world, Wayne served in the US Army as a Personnel Services NCO and Team Leader, leading multinational soldiers on missions in the Korean Demilitarized Zone.

Wayne Young obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
