Christina Lotz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Christina started their career in 2015 as a Teamleader, Exchange Consultant, and Eventmanager at AIESEC Deutschland, where they worked until August 2016. Christina then completed an internship in Social Marketing at AIESEC no Brasil from February 2016 to April 2016. In 2016, they also had an internship in Online Marketing at Boost Internet GmbH from July 2016 to October 2016 and worked as a Working Student in Contracting at Hays from November 2016 to May 2017.
In 2017, Christina had an internship in Online Marketing and Web Development at netpadrino from June 2017 to September 2017. Christina then joined GOhiring as a Working Student in Digital Marketing and Sales from November 2017 to February 2019. After that, they worked as a Working Student in Finance and Team and Talent at GOhiring from February 2019 to November 2019.
In 2019, Christina also had an internship in Museum Practice at Deutsches Tapetenmuseum from July 2019 to October 2019. Christina then worked as a Research Intern in Organizational Culture at Museum der Dinge from February 2019 to April 2019. Christina Lotz's education history includes multiple degrees and academic achievements. In 2015, they began their studies at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social and Cultural Anthropology & Communication Science. Christina'sundergraduate education lasted until 2019.
After completing their bachelor's degree, Christina pursued further studies at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Christina obtained a Master of Arts (MA) in Museum Studies & European Ethnology between 2019 and 2021.

Additionally, Christina has obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they earned the LMU Entrepreneurship Certificate of Excellence from the LMU Entrepreneurship Center. Christina also completed the Facilitation Fundamentals course offered by AJ&Smart in February 2023. Moreover, they attended a VAT (Value Added Tax) Seminar at Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co.KG in April 2023.
