Milena Riedl

Milena Riedl is currently a Working Student in Recruiting at GOhiring since October 2023, having previously held a position in the same role from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Sunshine Village Ski & Snowboard Resort from June to October 2023, where Milena managed employee onboarding and offboarding processes and coordinated employee communications. Additionally, Milena worked as a Junior Referent in HR - Recruiting & Employer Branding at Witt-Gruppe from March 2021 to September 2022, supporting interns and managing full-cycle recruitment, as well as conducting employer branding initiatives targeted at students and graduates. Milena began the career in HR as an Intern focusing on marketing and recruiting for apprenticeships. Educationally, Milena is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, expected to graduate in July 2026, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg in August 2022.
