Karandeep Singh has extensive experience in IT management and infrastructure. Karandeep currently serves as the Head of IT Service Operations, Security & Cloud Engineering at IndiGo. Previously, they worked as the Head of IT Infrastructure and Applications at Max Life Insurance Company, where they led a team of over 350 resources and managed various aspects of IT operations. Prior to that, Karandeep held leadership roles at PepsiCo, Aon Hewitt, Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors, Fidelity Investments, Lucent Technologies, and HCL Infosystems, gaining experience in service delivery, network operations, IT integration, infrastructure management, and project management. Karandeep also worked as an SAP consultant at JCT Electronics and Koenig Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Karandeep has a strong background in IT infrastructure and operations, with expertise in areas such as security, network engineering, and cloud technologies.

Karandeep Singh has a comprehensive education background. Karandeep obtained an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their MCA in Computers at the Indira Gandhi National Open University from 1998 to 2001. Karandeep also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Delhi University between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they acquired an ASM in Application Development from the National Institute of Information Technology in 1993-1996. Karandeep Singh attended St. Marks from 1984 to 1992. Furthermore, they obtained a Microsoft Certification as an MCSE in Microsoft Networking.
