Director Customer Experience at IndiGo

Pratik Arjun Sen has been with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since February 2007, currently serving as Director of Customer Experience and Director of Training. Previous roles include Associate Director of Systems Training and Disability Redressal Officer, where Pratik enhanced customer experience management and improved training programs. As Sr. Manager of Functional Skills and Customer Service, Pratik developed eLearning content and budgeted for department programs. An earlier role as Asset Manager involved planning effective training initiatives and updating training materials. Pratik began their career as a Customer Service Agent, contributing to the successful launch of new stations and VIP charter flights. Prior experience includes a brief stint in Food and Beverages at Park Hyatt. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Leadership Program from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from Shobit Institute of Engineering & Technology, along with high school diplomas from Bohicarya School and The Park English School.
