Sayan Bagchi

Sayan Bagchi currently serves as Associate Director of Aircraft Acquisition & Financing at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), with a tenure beginning in March 2017 that includes multiple progressive roles from Assistant Manager to Senior Manager in the Aircraft Acquisition and Financing department. Prior to IndiGo, Sayan Bagchi worked at PwC India as a Consultant in the Energy and Utilities sector, contributing to significant projects such as financing plans for multilateral banks and valuations of transmission projects. Experience also includes a managerial position at L&T Infrastructure Finance Co Ltd, focusing on credit analysis and transaction execution across various sectors. Initial exposure to finance was gained through an internship in Asset and Structured Finance at IL&FS. Sayan Bagchi holds a PGP from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Production Engineering from Jadavpur University.
