Shweta Gupta

Shweta Gupta is currently the Associate Director at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Shweta served as the Senior Human Resources Partner at Saxo Bank from January 2020 to June 2022, focusing on key talent initiatives. From 2010 to 2019, Shweta was the Head of HR at Opera Solutions India, overseeing the entire employee life cycle and ensuring alignment with business needs.
