Raymond Murthi has extensive work experience in various technology and leadership roles. Raymond is currently working as the Director of Engineering at Earnest since September 2021. In 2017, they co-founded Going Merry and served as the CTO. Raymond also participated in the Pear Launchpad Program at Pear VC and worked as a Sequoia Summer Fellow at Sequoia Capital in the same year.

Before that, Raymond Murthi was an Entrepreneur in Residence at Venrock from June 2016 to December 2016. Raymond also served as a Member of the Advisory Board at ADSKOM from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Rocket Fuel Inc. from February 2012 to July 2015.

In the same year, they also obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh. Additionally, Raymond has a certification in CNSS INFOSEC Professionals from the National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security.
