Fatima Suarez has been working in the customer service field since 2013. Fatima began their career at HP as a Service Desk Agent providing technical support for the Syngenta and Banco Itau accounts in Spanish and Portuguese. In 2015, they joined NCR Corporation as a Senior Customer Service Associate providing assistance to travel agencies in Brazil. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Cognizant as a Senior Customer Support, attending to John Deere users in Latin America and Europe (Spain and Portugal) through Service Now tickets, chat, email and phone in Spanish and Portuguese. Fatima also provided remote access to Windows and Team Viewer to solve various technical incidents with the Office package, VPN, password blanks and unlocks. Currently, they work at GOintegro as a Customer Success Support and at AlephCRM as a Suporte técnico ao cliente.
Fatima Suarez attended Escuela de Arte Gastronómico from 2016 to 2018 and obtained a degree in Cocinero Profesional. Her field of study was also Cocinero Profesional. No additional certifications were obtained.
