German Dyzenchauz has had a long and successful career in the business world. German began their career in 1999 with Invicto.com, a company they founded and directed that generated, produced, and distributed sports content. The company received founding from private investors and had offices in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile, with more than 40 people on staff. In 2002, they co-founded GOintegro, the leading Human Resources platform in Latin America. The platform empowers employee engagement in more than 400 corporate companies and streamlines internal communications. In 2011, they became an Entrepreneur with Endeavor.

German Dyzenchauz obtained an Architect degree from the University of Buenos Aires between 1990 and 1996. In 2015, they attended Harvard Business School to pursue a Scaling Entrepreneurial Ventures field of study. In 2016, they enrolled in the Innovation & Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
