Karen Rocha

Karen Rocha has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry. Karen started their career as a Production Management Intern at Nanette Lepore in 2010 and then interned at Oscar de la Renta in the same role in 2011. Following that, they worked as a Production Coordinator at Star Children's Dress Co., Inc. from September 2011 to February 2012. From December 2012 to June 2015, they worked at Ralph Lauren, holding various positions including Assistant Product Manager, Associate Production Manager, and Production Assistant. Karen then joined Elegance by Roya, Inc. in January 2015 as a Luxury Bridal Consultant/Manager, staying until April 2018. Currently, they are employed at GOJA, where they serve as a Product Launch Manager specializing in E-commerce and Merchandising since February 2020.

Karen Rocha attended the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Management in Fashion Related Industries.
