Graham Crockford

Graham Crockford began their professional career in 1998 as a Helpdesk at Tiger Communications Plc. In 2000, they became an Internal Systems Developer (part time) at On Board Info. In 2001, they worked as a Web Developer (part time) at Phunky Phones. In 2002, they worked as a Web Developer at Computer Solutions. In 2003, they became a Senior Developer at CAfIT. In 2005, Graham joined Alfa Financial Software as a Consultant, progressing to Senior Consultant, Development Lead, Senior Software Architect, and Associate Director of Engineering. Since 2020, they have been the Head of Engineering at Goji, leading the engineering team and technical delivery. Graham is interested in fully-remote organisations, distributed culture, rapid scaling and delivery partnerships.

Graham Crockford attended Royal Holloway, University of London from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bsc Hons in Computer Science.
