Nicole Bloom

Nicole Bloom is an experienced HR and talent acquisition professional, currently serving as the Head of People at Jitsu since June 2024. Prior to this role, Nicole held positions including Head of HR & People Services at Palette MGMT and Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition at Tia. With a strong background in global talent acquisition, Nicole worked at Walmart as Sr. Manager for Global Talent Acquisition Omni Strategy & eComm Lead, and held senior-level roles at Jet.com and Goldman Sachs. Additional experience includes client relationship management at Moody's Corporation and CA Technologies, and an early career as a 5th-grade teacher. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Education from Duke University.
