Milena Nikolova is a seasoned professional in the venture capital and sustainability sectors, currently serving as a Partner at Antares Ventures, which focuses on early-stage investments in Deep Tech ventures addressing sustainability challenges in Asia. Milena is also a Board of Trustees Member at Clean Air Fund and Co-chair of the Climate Solutions Committee for the Singapore Venture & Private Capital Association. Additionally, Milena holds the position of Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Board Investment Advisory at Gojo & Company, Inc., which promotes financial inclusion, and has been a Venture Partner at Antler, aiding the creation of technology companies. Milena co-founded Therion Advisers, providing strategic guidance to disruptive entrepreneurs, and previously held a role as Partner and Board Member at Aera VC, focusing on radical technologies for climate change reversal.
