Tendi Sherpa

Tendi Sherpa is an experienced kitchen steward with a strong background in hospitality and a track record of roles in prestigious hotel chains. Currently serving as the Executive Kitchen Steward at Gokarna Forest Resort since July 2019, Tendi has also held the position of Stewarding Supervisor with the Alwadi Hotel Doha - MGallery by AccorHotels since May 2018, focusing on coordinating staff activities within the stewarding department. Prior experience includes serving as a Stewarding Departmental Trainer/Supervisor at InterContinental Hotels Group from April 2015 to February 2018, where responsibilities included maintaining kitchen care excellence, and as a Stewarding Team Leader at Jumeirah Group from January 2013 to April 2015, supporting culinary teams.
