Don Kleiner

Don Kleiner has a strong work history with experience in both customer success and sales. Don started their career at Hohman Plating & Mfg., LLC in 2005, where they worked as a Sales Estimator for nearly a decade. In 2018, they joined GoKeyless as a Commercial Account Executive and later transitioned to the role of Multi-Family/Hospitality Account Executive. Currently, Don serves as a Customer Success - Team Lead at GoKeyless.

Don Kleiner graduated from Wayne High School in 2002. After high school, they attended Sinclair Community College, although the specific dates are unknown. Don has also obtained several certifications, including Reseller Essentials Certified Reseller from dormakaba in 2024, Sales Engineer and Solutions Engineer: Sales & Tech Training from Udemy in 2024, Delivering a World-Class Customer Support Experience from Intercom in 2023, and Provide a Great Customer Support Experience from Intercom in 2023.
