Mike Pennachio has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Mike is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Revenue Operations at GoKeyless since September 2023 and September 2022, respectively. Prior to that, they worked at dormakaba Americas as the AVP | Sales Excellence from April 2019 to September 2022. Mike also served as the Principal at PennCom Security Sales, Inc. from March 2018 to March 2019.
Before that, Mike held various positions at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions - US, including Regional Architectural Director from October 2016 to March 2018 and Director of Sales from March 2012 to December 2016. Mike also worked as an Advisor at Synergis Telecommunications Consulting, LLC from September 2011 to March 2012.
Earlier in their career, Mike served as the Director of Sales Operations at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies from March 2010 to September 2011 and as a Sales Manager from September 2005 to March 2010. Mike gained experience as a Sales Manager at Mori Seiki from April 2005 to September 2005, and as the National Sales Manager at Mul-T-Lock from June 1993 to April 2005.
Mike Pennachio attended Bergen Community College in 1992. In 2014, they studied Organizational Leadership at Babson College for a year. In 2016, they attended the Center for Creative Leadership for a course in Organizational Leadership.
