Natalie Johnson

Natalie Johnson currently serves as the Head of People at PeopleKnit since June 2025. Prior to this role, Johnson held the position of Senior Vice President, Global People and Culture at Loam Bio from June 2024 to August 2025, and previously served as Vice President, Global People & Culture for the same company. Johnson also accumulated extensive experience at Slingshot Aerospace as Vice President, People & Culture, and at Dispatch as Vice President of Human Resources, alongside roles as Human Resources Director. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition, and Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at Jamf, and as a Technical Recruiter focused on immigration and candidate experience. Johnson earned a B.A. in Mass Communication and a certification as a Human Resources Generalist from the University of Minnesota.
