Pollard Sorquist

Pollard Sorquist currently serves as the Sr People Operations Manager at Knit since October 2025. Before this role, Pollard held the position of People and Culture Manager at The Good Food Institute from April 2024 to October 2025, and previously was the Senior Manager of Training Development at Slingshot Aerospace between August 2022 and April 2024. From January 2019 to August 2022, Pollard worked as both Human Resources Manager and HR Generalist at Dispatch. Earlier experience includes roles at Jamf as Program Owner for HR Enablement and Training and Development Coordinator from June 2014 to January 2019, and ownership of the organic wholesale food manufacturing company Pashen Corporation from January 2011 to June 2014. Pollard began the academic journey with a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Bemidji State University (2001-2005) and subsequently earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Minnesota State University, Mankato (2012-2014), while also serving as a Graduate Assistant at Minnesota State University, Mankato at Edina.
