Eran Shafir

Eran Shafir is an experienced executive in the field of information technology with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the VP of Information Technologies and CIO at Golan Telecom Ltd. since August 2017, Eran Shafir has previously held significant roles such as Director of Software Delivery at Discount Bank, where management of a software delivery group supporting over 200 branches was a key responsibility. Additional experience includes tenure as CIO at HOT, focusing on developing comprehensive IT strategies, and as Director of Billing & Customer Care at Pelephone, overseeing critical CRM and billing operations. Eran Shafir's career includes foundational roles at Wingcast and the Israel Defense Forces, complemented by an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Management from the College of Management.
