With over twenty years of contact management and CRM systems experience, Steve is recognized as one of the foremost authorities on CRM systems and has been selected by Symantec, Best, and Sage Software as a featured instructional speaker for national product introductions since 1995. He has served on numerous advisory boards, trained and assisted in certifying other CRM consultants, served as an expert court witness regarding forensic database issues, and is the founder and facilitator of the ACC Roundtable and CRM Consultants Conference and Cruise.
His implementation experience spans all industries, he has authored and served as a technical editor for books on ACT!, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Business Contact Manager, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A frequent contributor to trade publications, Steve’s CRM writings are used by the international academic community, including DePaul University graduate students.
Steve has developed contact management and CRM solutions for small to large local, regional, and international companies, including General Electric, Quaker, Motorola, Citigroup, and CBRE. His international experience encompasses the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.
Among the first individuals to receive ACT!, SalesLogix, and Microsoft CRM certification, Steve is also a Certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor and a Certified Inbound Marketing expert. He holds an electronics degree from DeVry University, a bachelor’s degree in business administration from DePaul University, and has completed master’s-level work at the College of Financial Planning in Denver. Prior to founding Gold Coast Advisors, Steve spent fifteen years as a CRM Consultant and Business Analyst, building on his earlier work as a Financial Planner and Tax Advisor.
