Terry Murphy

Terry Murphy possesses extensive experience in property operations and engineering management, currently serving as Executive Manager Property Operations at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre since February 2016. Previously, Terry held the position of Chief Engineer at Hilton Surfers Paradise, overseeing maintenance for a mixed-use site, and served as Building Maintenance Electrical Foreman for COGC, managing corrective and planned maintenance across city buildings. Terry also contributed as Chief Engineer at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, where responsibilities included maintenance and refurbishment of the hotel infrastructure, and as Engineering Manager at Couran Cove Island Resort, managing all aspects of resort maintenance. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Operations Team Leader at Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove.
