Susan Hatfield

Susan Hatfield, BS, CPHQ is currently working as a Sr QI Project Manager at Gold Coast Health Plan. Susan has experience in overseeing HEDIS Abstraction, MRR, IRR, Statewide QI Activities, and Medi-Cal Managed Care. Prior to this role, Susan worked as the Director of Membership Services at Kaiser Permanente, where Susan managed staff, trained them on government regulations, and oversaw member claims, eligibility, and revenue. Susan also has experience as the Director of Network Operations at Motion Picture & TV Fund, where Susan was responsible for managed care operations, customer service, project management, and regulatory compliance. Susan holds a BS in Business Management from California State University, Northridge.
