Thomas Cooper is currently the Senior Operations Manager at Gold Coast Health Plan where Thomas oversees claims-related services, manages the outsourced claims processing functions, and leads the internal claims team. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Xerox for over a decade in various roles including Claims Operations Manager, Learning and Development Consultant, Medical Claims Processor, and Medical Claims Data Entry.
