Jaime Nigh

Jaime Nigh has extensive experience in the culinary and sales fields, currently serving as a Technical Sales Representative and R&D Chef at Gold Coast Ingredients since October 2007. Prior to this role, Jaime worked as a Chef at Playboy Enterprises, Inc. from October 2005 to January 2015. Jaime holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from CSCA, completed between 2002 and 2004.
