Anna Brady

Anna is a co-founder of Gold Coast Search Partners. Prior to founding GCSP, Anna spent nine years recruiting investment professional talent for buyside firms. At the Associate level, Anna has executed searches for megafund, middle market, lower middle market and first time funds. She is skilled at assessing analysts from investment banking and consulting to identify those who are capable of transitioning to the buyside. Additionally, Anna has experience helping funds strategically navigate the complex timing and strategy of on cycle Associate recruiting. At the post-MBA level, her work has spanned Senior Associate through Partner level across all fund sizes and strategies. She has particular expertise at placing mid-level talent and building teams for first time funds. Anna uses her deep knowledge of investment firms to determine depth of deal experience, analytical rigor, sourcing capabilities, corporate culture and investment training to discern candidate capabilities and fit. Anna prides herself on her ability to help her clients navigate complex situations to attain the best hires at this level.

Prior to search, she spent eight years in technology investment banking in San Francisco at Robertson Stephens, Deutsche Bank and Jefferies. Anna has three years of business development experience in the software industry at Comergent Technologies (acquired by Sterling Commerce) and webMethods (acquired by Software AG).

Anna graduated from Whitman College with a BA in History. She lives in Burlingame with her husband and two kids.
