Anik Charest

Anik Charest is a seasoned organizational psychologist and coach with over twenty-five years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and consulting across various private and public organizations. They currently serve as the HR Project Manager at Gold Fields, a position they have held since 2025. Anik previously worked as the Vice-President and Practice Leader at Groupe CFC from 2014 to 2025, and held several key HR roles at companies such as Air Canada, Domtar, and Transcontinental. Anik earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the Université de Montréal and continues to enhance their skills through professional coaching and leadership certifications.
