Madimetja Mahlangu

Madimetja Mahlangu possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Acting People Manager - Engineering and previously in various HR leadership roles at GOLD FIELDS since November 2022. Prior to this, Madimetja was a HRBP at Famous Brands and held positions at Columbus Stainless, Europ Assistance, iHR Connect, and Impala Platinum, focusing on strategic HR decisions, talent management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg, an Advanced Management qualification from Milpark Business School, and an ongoing Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of South Africa.
