Patrick Oppong holds a BSc (Hons) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and an MBA in Strategy and Procurement Management from the University of Birmingham. Currently serving as the West Africa Regional Contracts Manager at Goldfields Ghana Limited since October 2011, Patrick specializes in managing complex contracts, supply chain strategies, and procurement associated with critical expenditures. In addition to this role, Patrick is the Executive Director for SunGET Power (Africa) Limited since July 2011 and has previously held positions such as Senior Procurement Executive at EDF Energy and Contract and Procurement Manager at Arup Management Consulting. With a strong record in change management, project budget control, and risk mitigation, Patrick is recognized for accelerating revenue growth and achieving sustainable cost savings through effective negotiation and value engineering.
