Ricardo Caycho

Ricardo Caycho has extensive experience in engineering and project management within the mining and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Gerente de Ingeniería at Gold Fields since March 2011, Ricardo oversees engineering operations and projects, ensuring successful implementation from conceptual stages to project delivery across various operational areas in Peru. Previously, in roles at FIMA Peru and Doe Run Peru, responsibilities included managing projects and engineering strategies, as well as developing maintenance systems. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Engineering, an MBA from Universidad ESAN, and a specialized diploma in Project Management from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas. Additionally, participation in management development programs at Duke University and INCAE Business School further enhances Ricardo’s leadership capabilities.
